“A buzz fills the air as wings break an eerie silence.
Weaving and diving, chirping a song of laughter.
Their wings caress the sun as though made of stained glass.
The sun pierces their emerald coat of jewels.
They were sent down by a mighty king to dance upon the earth,
curiosity their finest trait,
reminding us that beauty too can be found in the smallest of forms.
Even if just a moment, before they jet off in an elegant dance.”
The Dance of the Costa was inspired by one of my favorite hummingbirds the costa.

This is a vertical original acrylic landscape painting on canvas.
12 x 36 x 2.5 inches with a hand crafted pine frame.
This painting will include my initials on the front of the artwork. My full signature, the title, and the year of completion will be written on the back of the canvas.
The painting has hanging hardware attached to the back streamlining the hanging process. All you’ll need are nails and a hammer.
